This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The City Charm Company, LLC (the “Company”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (individually, a "User" and collectively, “Users”) of the CityCharmCo.com website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by the Company.

Personal Identification Information

The Company may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to each time a User visits the Site, registers on the Site, places an order, fills out a form, responds to a survey, subscribes to the Company’s newsletter and in connection with other activities, services, features and resources the Company makes available on the Site. How the Company Protects User Information

The Company adopts appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of Users’ personal information, user name, password, transaction information and data stored on the Site.
